Fabulous. Food was exceptional, service perfect and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend Asian style Duck and the fish and chips. Not able to manage a desert but they looked wonderful.

Managed to squeeze in a booking on the Saturday evening. Really nice place and ambience Staff were super friendly and attentive during our meal. Had chicken and pavlova. Food was great and a good selection of drinks including local skinners beers. It was a little lively with plenty of drinkers both inside and out too. Will definitely return.

Well very nicely decorated restaurant with amazing service, nothing was to much trouble. Food was amazing. Only down fall it was a Friday evening and it was a little loud.

Went tonight with two friends. Couldn't fault at all. Food was delicious. Had a steak with peppercorn sauce and so pleased sauce was not out of a packet!. Friend had gluten free risotto and loved it. Staff very pleasant and smiley. Will definitely be returning.

One of the best Sunday roasts we’ve had eating out. I had the signature roast dinner and my wife had the beef and couldn’t fault any of it. All was perfect cooked and very tasty produce. Highly recommend we’ll definitely be returning

After the controversy over Food Review Club losing credibility for giving paid-for amazing reviews. We were a bit skeptical The Thomas Daniel would live up to the hype. So our expectations were pretty low and pretty skeptical it would actually be any good. But wow! This place delivered! It really was incredible. Highly recommended classic roast beef. The attention to detail and the decor. All to a very high standard. It’s quite pricey, our bill came to almost 90. For 2 of us. (We did have 2 ciders each though) But we would visit again as a treat

Food was lovely. Staff were friendly. Had the crackling for starters that tasted amazing. Also had the ribs for main and my God the best ribs I've tasted 5*

Fantastic place to eat before heading off to see a show at the Theatre. Staff were great, really friendly. Loved the setting and ambiance. Food was amazing, we both had the Asian Duck and were blown away by how good it was. Portion size was good too. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.
